Carlos Alazraqui is Officer James Garcia on Comedy Central’s “Reno
911.” He is also the voiceover artist for Mr. Crocker on Nickelodeon’s
“Fairly Odd Parents,” Rocko on “Rocko’s Modern Life,” and Lube and
Winslow in “Cat/Dog.” Carlos also stars in two shows for the Cartoon
Network—as Munroe, the Scottish Pug dog, on “Juniper Lee” and as Lazlo
on their number one series, “Camp Lazlo.” He also was the voice on one
of the most recognizable commercials in TV history: “Yo Quiero Taco
Bell.”
Carlos starred in his own stand-up comedy special on Comedy
Central, performs live at the Hollywood Improv, The Ice House, The M
Bar on Vine, and The Knitting Factory in Hollywood, and has a steady corporate
schedule. He has appeared in Happy Feet with Robin Williams, and
the “Reno 911” movie. He currently appears on two series for children:
“Handy Manny,” as Felipe, Abuelito, and Mr. Ayala, and on “Wow Wow
Wubbzy” as Walden, Earl, and all other male characters.
